COURT GRANT APPLICATION
The OBF maintains a fund specifically for the benefit of Oklahoma District and Appellate Courts known as the Court Grant Fund. The primary purpose of the Court Grant Fund is to help improve the administration of justice in Oklahoma Courts through grants to fund courtroom technological equipment. The Mortgage Foreclosure & Community Redevelopment Grants are awarded to entities that provide mortgage foreclosure defense services to under privileged Oklahomans, and to programs that serve to revitalize Oklahoma communities. The funds are restricted for use for these purposes only.

COURT REPORTER RURAL SERVICE GRANTS
The OBF provides two grants in order to encourage and increase the availability of court reporters in Oklahoma, and specifically to serve the District Courts in rural Oklahoma. The first grant is an Employment Grant to assist district courts in rural Oklahoma find and employ qualified court reporters through a financial incentive grant provided directly to a successful court reporter candidate. The second grant is an Educational Block Grant awarded to qualified educational institutions with court reporting programs who commit to utilize Grant Funds to achieve the objective of meeting court reporter needs in rural Oklahoma.
Requirements: Grantees are required to sign Grant Commitment Agreements and submit periodic reports.
